Amaranthe

Amaranthe is a swedish-danish metal band that originates from Sweden and Denmark. Formed by Jake E. Lundberg and Olof M?rck, the project began taking shape when singers Elize Ryd and Andy Solvestr?m signed on, as did drummer Morten L?we. The band released a 4-song demo on their MySpace profile in 2008, entitled "Leave Everything Behind". In 2009, the band was forced to change the name of the band (originally called Avalanche) due to legal issues. They chose Amaranthe. From that point on they began preproduction work on their upcoming debut album.
