The Last Days was founded in the autumn of 2008 as an ambient black metal solo project by S.a.d. For some reasons and in an attempt to find some members, The Last Days was put on hold for one year. In 2009 D. from U.S.A decided to join playing guitars, influenced by Dsbm, The Last days has the first genre change, but after some recordings, S.a.d put on hold again for personal reasons. In the end of 2009 in a try to rescue of a possible split-up, B.

In the end of 2009 in a try to rescue of a possible split-up, B.Carolino from Brazil as second guitarist and drummer.Influenced by Mono, Lush, Amesoeurs, Rosetta and Altar of Plagues The Last Days stars to build his sound in something between Post-rock, Shoegaze and black metal.
