The Empire Shall Fall is a metalcore band from Providence, Rhode Island formed in 2008. Former Seemless & Killswitch Engage frontman, Jesse Leach, has announced the launch of his new side-project that will see a return to his "aggressive vocals", and will involve former members of Nothing Stays Gold, L.B.A., Roswell, EmissioN, Advocate and Bradford Ave.

The project has been described by Leach to be, "early 90's metalcore with a little bit of chaos and noise mixed in...", with the lyrical content targeting "Corrupt politicians, Government, Corporate/Multinational Industry, Thieves, Liars, Racism, Bigotry, Inequality and people who dwell in the shadows".
