The Search

1999 - 2002 the silverslut was formed in uppsala, sweden by johan zeitler, jonathan nilsson, tina bergstr?m, tomas svahn, joakim jacobsson and razmig tekeyan. 6 ep's were recorded which can be found on the compilation The Silverslut, currently available for downloading only. on the last ep per tholander replaced jonathan nilsson. 2003 the band changed their name to the search and their first full-length album The Search was released. 2004 Bloodbathe / Bazaar of lush loose limbs sees the light of day and is a compilation of the 2 ep's the band recorded after their self-titled debut album.

the band changed their name to the search and their first full-length album The Search was released.

2005 - 2006

the search played their first shows outside of sweden, touring england, the netherlands, denmark, and spent the remaining period finishing the album Deranged minds unite, which is the last album with per and tina as members. it was released on per's new-founded label lonaly records. viktor hedefalk replaces per on drums.

2007
the band recorded the album Saturnine Songs

2008
Saturnine Songs
was released in April. The Search played some gigs in Germany and Holland.
Bandmember Viktor leaves the band.
