Blac Haze is a rapper from the Florida Keys. Little is known about the rapper because of the lack of publicity. His real name is Ted Outler. Tupac Shakur because they sound alike. Thus, many of Blac Haze's tracks are being put into mixtapes of Tupac. The name, Blac Haze, relates to a strain of marijuana. However, Blac Haze is not to be confused with Tupac Shakur. A skit from Blac Haze's album, Res-Sa-Rec-Shun, was a recorded news media coverage reporting on Blac Haze and the Tupac theory.
