The Meatmen were a Michigan, USA punk band headed by Tesco Vee from 1980 to 1995. Very crude and funny, The Meatmen made fun of the "hardcore scene" of the early 80s but really typified the best of the punk scene of the era. The band was known for their stage antics, and for songs with such colorful titles as "What's This Shit Called Love?," "Lesbian Death Dirge," "I Sin For A Living," "1 Down, 3 To Go" (a reference to the murder of former Beatles member and famous artist John Lennon) and the so-called "Suck Trilogy" of "Crippled Children Suck," "French People Suck," and "Camel Jockeys Suck.
