1) Soul is a UK band who was active around 1981 that did the songs "Tribes" and "Love". 2) SOUL is a Maryland rock band formed in March of 2008, members of which have been in various locally and nationally famous rock bands since the 1980s, such as Wead, Wretched,Little White Pills, to mention a few. Soul band members are Daniel (Vocals, Guitar) Johnny Koutsioukis (Guitar), Jeremy Wright (Bass) , Darren (Dirty) Waters and Chris Sebastian (Drums).

Note that there are many songs from the Genre labelled "Soul", that are not by the above named band . There are many Soul music/tracks that are mistagged and end up here in tiny numbers.

3) Soul is also a Californian hard rock band, which released a self-titled EP in 1994.
