Restart is a Brazilian pop rock / power pop / colourfulemo band formed in S?o Paulo in August 2008. They are best known for their colourful visual style and upbeat songs. Song structure and lyrics are mainly simple and their music tend to be catchy pop. They acquired demigod-status in the Brazilian music scene, besides being rather new, thanks to the internet. Main songs are "Restart," "I'll Sing," "I take you with me" and "Dawn In Your Eyes". The official MySpace has gotten more than 2 million hits in 2009 alone, and the Internet the primary means of disclosures of your songs.

In addition to presentations across Brazil, the band participated in an edition a brazilian TV show, Casseta & Planeta, aired on Rede Globo, a brazilian television network, on August 10, 2010. The first album has sold over 50,000 copies, being certified gold.
