Plastic Bertrand is the recording name of Roger Jouret, a singer from Brussels, Belguim. Bertrand is best known for the 1977 single "Ça plane pour moi" which was released one month after Elton Motello's "Jet Boy, Jet Girl", which has the same backing track.
