Chelsea Williams

Chelsea Williams seems to be almost exclusively a live street performer in the LA area. She has been seen performing at several local LA spots, including Universal City Walk and the Santa Monica 3rd St. Promenade. Her music tends to be of an acoustic folk/rock sound, and she's damn talented. Her presence is small in many places online, but on MySpace, she is a full-fledged rock star.
