Ougenweide is a German folk-rock-band and pioneer of Medieval-Rock in Germany. Ougenweide was founded in the Spring of 1970 in Hamburg. The first public gig the band had was in 1971 at a school festivity. In 1996 the band reunified with new members. In March 2006 the first four original albums were re-released on two CDs. For 2006 a new album was planned.
