The XYZ Affair

The XYZ Affair is an American indie rock band from Brooklyn, New York. The band consists of Alex Feder (guitar, vocals), Chris Bonner (bass), Sam Rockwell (drums), and Russ Maschmeyer (guitar, keyboards). Their name comes from the 1797 diplomatic episode known as the XYZ Affair. After 8 years together, the band announced their breakup in December of 2009, via their official website.
