2) out of the blue are a pop-punk band from Providence, Rhode Island. (It should be noted that out of the blue is never capitalized, even in its abbreviated form ootb.) The band consists of the main creative duo of Liam Gallogly (guitar and vocals) and Tommy Feliciano (guitar and vocals). The current lineup also includes Jared Duarte (bass) and Jeff Cormier (drums).
