As the daughter of a minister, one would expect Diana Lynn to be the soul-stirring songstress that she is. Her unique vocal delivery and emotionally charged lyrics captivate listeners and infuse any space with kinship and accord. During the 2 years it took to complete "Daydreams & Lullabies", Diana was immersed in her personal struggle with infertility. Although infertility can bring pain, sadness, and feelings of inadequacy, it also offered Diana a new perspective on the joys of family, parenthood, and her own personal strength.

With her self-produced debut album, Daydreams & Lullabies, Diana's airy vocals reach out to her audience, gently calling hearts home. Her uplifting songs address the many types of relationships we have throughout our lifetime. Set to the backdrop of relaxed blends of R & B, Reggae, Jazz and Afro Pop, Diana explores our relationships with children, partners, and ourselves. Gentle ?soundscapes? cradle the spirit and engage and entrance the listener.

Diana's gospel roots are the foundation of featured song, Live Love Dream. In the emotional last verse of the song, our children ask to be taught the ways of love & peace, so they may go forward to change the world. Diana believes that it is in our child-like innocence that we find the greatest capacity to love. She asks that we teach children love and tolerance, so hatred and violence will cease to exist.

Diana continues to celebrate our differences in the almost sultry waltz, Amazing Perfect and Beautiful. She reminds us that diversity is a gift and each of us is a unique & perfect creation.

The classic soul sound of Say Goodnight, reinforces the message of taking the time to appreciate and honor ourselves and our loved ones. The rolling groove mimics the cycle of life in its' purest form; each generation caring for the next.
