Born Joseph W. Garcia in Spokane, Washington Craziness always had a passion for music. At the age of seventeen Craziness started his own independent record label Final Cut Records. ?In life nothing was ever given too me easily, but my drive and determination to establish myself as a relevant musician has never wavered through the years.? says Craziness. You can say his drive is natural to his heritage (Apache Indian).
Respecting what it takes to thrive in this business Craziness always found time to give back. ?Without having major funds and limited resources, I always found ways to give back to the community. For years I've worked as the ?Urban Music Project Coordinator? at Ethos, a non profit music center in Portland, Oregon for underprivileged kids.? Craziness grew up having to learn things the hard way lacking an influential role model. Craziness says ?It was for this reason I enjoy teaching youth who share my similar background.? In acknowledgment of this work he was featured on the front page of ?The Oregonian.? Already achieving so much in a short period of time, you can only imagine what Craziness has in store in the years to come. Already working on his third solo album which is due out in 2010 entitled ?Running The Region?
