British international recording artist/composer/producer Clive Stevens was born in Bristol, England, a city famous for Reggae and the Trip Hop music wave spawning exciting innovative artists like Massive Attack, Neneh Cherry, Portishead, Tricky, Producer Nelle Hooper (Soul To Soul) and Smith and Mighty. After studying saxophone with Eddie Jackman and Ronnie Ross (famous English baritone sax star) Clive left for the United States to study music composition/arranging/improvisation at the legendary Berklee College of Music in Boston.

Later he studied flute/composition at the San Fransisco conservatory of Music, Guildhall School of Music (London), US Naval Academy of Music, and private saxophone studies with Lee Konitz and composition with William Allaudin Mathieu.
He has travelled extensively world wide including UK/EUROPE, India, Canada/USA, Central and South America (Brazil) and throughout the Caribbean, living in San Fransisco, Los Angeles, Boston, Chicargo, New York, London, Paris, Rome, Berlin, Rio De Janeiro and recently Miami.
Clive has released eighth studio albums on Capitol Records, Voo Livre/EMI Records (Brazil), Guerilla Records, Frog/EFA Records, Metalimbo/EFA Records and recently formed Planet 8 Records to release internationally his latest CD "Invisible Intelligence" under the studio name of Mandorla. The second CD release is now available -- Pan Global Electro Lounge Vol. 1 (a modern mix collection of ambient lounge cool cuts featuring international artists). The third release "The Greatest Hits of Mr X / Clive Stevens" is coming this Fall.
His instruments include saxophones, flutes, WX7 MIDI Wind controller, synth keyboards and percussion. Finally, Clive is in the process of publishing his first book of poems and lyrics called "Stardust Transmissions".
