Cities Over Seas is the collaborative effort of Alex Butler, Doug Campbell, Matt Durkin, Craig Marrer and Joe Parker on drums. COS' members hail from the Rochester, Syracuse and Albany areas. All of the members in the band attend college in Potsdam, NY.
