he unconventional duo stars Julie LaMendola (who sings and plays the saw) and Dan Gower (who plays the piano and wears a piano tie). Their 2nd album, Everything is for Babies, also features Susan Hwang (The Debutante Hour) playing accordion, traditional Korean drum (jang gu), and other percussion, as well as additional vocals and third harmony. Their songs are spare, but they compensate with enough chutzpah to fill Carnegie Hall.
