Charlene Lite

Charlene Lite is a singer/songwriter whose music combines Pop/Rock and Soul with passionate and honest lyrics. Born and raised in Southern California, she was hooked on becoming a performer after watching the movie, ?Grease.? Her professional career began quietly enough, at an open-mike night at Highland Grounds. Her voice, however, caught people's attention, and became a regular performer on the local club scene. She soon taught herself how to play the piano and guitar and write her own songs, which speak of love, loss, and empowerment with strength yet underlying tenderness.
