Celluloide

Celluloide is a French synthpop group hailing from Provence. Their cold, sometimes melancholy sound harkens back to 80's artists like Depeche Mode and Human League, with lyrics often dealing with love and heartache. Their first album, "Naive Heart" appeared in 2002, and their third, most recent, album was released in January 2007 by French label, BOREDOMproduct.
