4ever1, came together in early 2004 with Donna Walsh and Al Garrow both from upstate New York near Saratoga Springs. The sound was close to a early 60's style with music and lyrics written by the two founders. Wayne Grosvenour joined the band shortly after it's forming as the bass player that same year. In late 2004, Joe Munafo joined as Keyboard Player. A few drummers came and went and the first consistent drummer with the band was Tim Haggerty.
The sound began to change as Walsh & the keyboard player began to work together on songs. Al Garrow left the band and was replaced with another guitar player that was shortlived in 2007. The first album "Cloud of Glory" was released and was a live studio recording. Orchestrations were all done on Keyboard by Joe Munafo and guitars by Dave Wolcott who was with the band briefly. By 2009 the band was forming it's unique sound that is evident today. Donna Walsh and Joe Munafo married and the band consisted of : Donna Munafo, vocals and accoustic guitar, Joe Munafo,vocals and keyboards and orchestrations, Wayne Grosvenour, bass and Jimmy Sickles, Drums. In 2010 Dave Dearborn joined the band as Rhythm Guitar shortly after 4ever1 released their 2nd album "Apples of Gold and Pictures of Silver" . in 2011 Freddy Korkosz joined as Lead Guitar, and Sonia Higgins as backup singer. This band is very powerful and is the most popular Christian Band in the Northeast US with their music catching on everywhere quickly. The musicians are all able to play a wide array of styles and you can hear a mix of Jazz, Classical, Country and Rock all mixed in the music due to influences from each of the musicians who are very talented. You'll be listening to their latest album, "Apples of Gold and Pictures of Silver", over and over as for some reason it grows on you and the songs get stuck in your head.
