Blind Army

Tenacity is defined as the dogged determination to pursue your goal and dreams. This word could be used to describe the band Blind Army. Since forming in 1999 they have suffered both professional setbacks and personal trials, most of which would have destroyed lesser groups. The release of their recent full-length album has shown that persistence pays off. The album was produced by Jeff Dawson (Daniel Powter, Holly McNarland, State Of Shock) in Vancouver and recorded at both the famous Mushroom Studios and Garth Richardson's Farm Studio.

With Dawson at the helm, the band found continuity between modern radio rock and their own hard rock / metal influences. This meet in the middle mentality has produced a positive connection that is reflected in their music. The band's dedication to themselves and this record shows that they are willing to do what it takes in the gruelling business of music to get their voice heard. Their debut album is chalked full of upbeat rock songs that have energy and passion. Bringing a multitude of styles together, they pride themselves on being diverse within their genre. Based out of Canada's booming economic hot spot, this Calgary, Alberta hard rock band have played throughout Alberta.
