Beau Johnson

Little is known about Beau Johnson, who spells his name beau johnson. He was born in Kansas City, Missouri, according to his driver's license, but he insists that he was raised in New England. According to his website, Beau made a successful emergency landing of a Piper Cherokee 180 in a cranberry bog in Maine, 1997. The airplane was destroyed and Beau suffered a "broken back and a compromised head".

As a result of injuries sustained in the plane crash, Beau suffers from short, medium, and long-term memory loss, and can only remember the past by singing about it.

Beau appears semi-regularly at venues in downtown Manhattan.
