Mario Diaz de Leon is a composer and performer from New York, USA. He released the album "Still Point" with Severiano Martinez in 2007. He played guitar in the noise group Symbol and is featured on the 2008 album "Landspacewaterfaith". The album "Mira" documents his solo performance style using processed voice and guitar, and was released on the Shinkoyo label in 2008. An album of his chamber music was released on John Zorn's Tzadik label in September 2009. He currently plays guitar in the experimental metal band Mirrorgate.
