Across the 3 tracks on debut EP The Pledge, Miroist matches the intense grooves of instrumental djent and progressive metal with the deep ambient washes of post-rock, post-metal and electronica. Thick, dark and brooding, intense textures combine with muscular, weighty grooves. The EP was released on 17 April 2012, available for free on http://miroist.bandcamp.com.
