Dikta

Dikta is an Icelandic indie-rock band. The band's four members have been friends since they were children and together they've grown into a soulful and heavy indie-rock band, putting their emphasis on storytelling and dynamic song progressions. They have released three albums in their home country; Andartak (2002), Hunting For Happiness (2006) and Get It Together (2010) which reached Gold-status in mid-2010.

Hunting for Happiness is their second LP and three of its singles have reached the top of the charts in Iceland. The album was produced by Ace of Skunk Anansie and was released by the Sugarcubes-owned label, Smekkleysa SM. The outstanding album artwork was made by Gabr?ela Fridriksd?ttir.
