Folkvang

Folkvang is a black metal band from Belarus. After two demos in 2003 they released the full-lengths "World of Wisdom" in 2004 and "On the Wings of Destiny" in 2005. In 2008 a split with Wodensthrone was performed, a year later in 2009 another split with Pagan Hellfire was released. Wind is the only current member. Folkvang ("field of the host") is the dwelling of the goddess Freyja, in Norse mythology. She received half of those slain in battle.
