Contrary to popular belief, the Buddha Monk isn't a member of the group but he did produce a few tracks on their debut album and the members are all closely connected with the Buddha Monk himself. The Zu Ninjaz, as a collective, were once part of the big United Kingdom clique. The group is also closely connected with the Brooklyn Zu, with whom they recorded "Tribute (Dedication to ODB)" a tribute song to the late Ol' Dirty Bastard. The group was first heard commercially on albums from Buddha Monk & Popa Wu. In 2005 they relased their debut ?Now Justice?.
