Uptown Rockers

Uptown Rockers is an international ensemble (with it's HQ in Helsinki, Finland) which uses arabic beats and indian elements and mixes them with rap and multilingual vocals. Uptown Rockers include the rapper and vocalist B.O.W. (of Bomfunk MC's), Rigo (of Infinite Mass) and Momo Cat. The female vocals in english and in hindi are sung by Ushma Karnani (former in Gimmel). Their first single "Everybody Dance" came out in fall 2006, featuring DJ Francis and B.O.W. . Their next single is due in January 2007 and their first album in the spring of 2007.
