TypeWriter from Singapore is Chang Kang, Patrick, Desmond & Wan.

With a line-up that hails like a who's who in the Singapore indie-rock scene, TypeWriter could easily be touted as an indie superband.

The band owes its musical influences to the Pop-Underground movement which includes inspirational songwriters like Big Star, Weezer, Wilco, Aimee Mann and Elvis Costello.

Typewriter from Chicago released "Your Carcass is a Wonderland" in 2003. Live Typewriter shows would feature many characters in costume, puppets and accompanying video sequences to create a multimedia experience.
