Trio Ceg

Philipp Cieslewicz (piano), Matthias Eichhorn (bass), and Martin Greule (drums) have been playing together since 2002. The musicians' initials give the German piano jazz trio its name as well as describing a C-major triad. Members of TRIO ceg met at the The Liszt School of Music in Weimar. All contribute to the program with their own compositions. Playing with a light ballad style mixed with energetic, powerful passages ceg creates tension and surprise to captivate the listener with inventive variety.
