Released in 1994, Arecibo is the latest Lustmord side project, and follows in the footsteps of earlier spinoffs such as Terror Against Terror and Isolrubin BK in allowing him to direct his musical energies in previously unexplored directions. Lustmord recording as Arecibo uses cosmic sounds (pulsars, quasars, thermal radiation, electron partical interaction and even the remains of supernova explosions) derived from cosmological activity as recorded by NASA's deep space network. These sounds are ancient, only arriving to us now and arranged by B. Lustmord.
