The PickPocket Ensemble makes music that crosses borders. Inspired by many musical traditions, from Eastern European and Balkan to Klezmer, North African, Mediterranean and Contemporary Classical, the pickPocket ensemble blends sources to create music both hauntingly familiar and uncannily fresh and new. The pickPocket ensemble is: Rick Corrigan (composer) on accordion, Marguerite Ostovski on violin, Tim Fox on guitar, Kurt Ribak on bass, Michaelle Goerlitz on percussion.
