The pHormula is three emcees, AlpHamatic, ExaminE, and pHilosophy combined with DJ pHonics, The Sound Scientist, that create a style of Hip-Hop which is catchy, but not commercial. The pHormula is known for their high-energy performances and original hard hitting beats known to make fans throw up their hands and stomp their feet. As a group they are true to the art form intertwining turn table skills with insightful lyrics which form a style reminescent of the

roots of hip-hop, while still crossing musical borders. The
