The Granite Lakes

The Granite Lakes are a psych rock blues band from Brisbane, Australia who formed in the year 2005 . Current band members include Alex Dunlop (guitar/vocals), Joel Huey (guitar), Yuri Johnson (bass synth), Julien Cossotti (drums)and Skye (violin). Original drummer Charles Martin left the band in 2007 to start his own project The Westminsters and was replaced by Matt Von Diem who subsequently moved on, in early 2008, to various other projects. Debut ep "No Cowards Soul" was recorded and released in 2006 and will be followed shortly with a digital only release of their second offering.
