Svullo

Mats Mikael "Micke" Dubois (21 October 1959 ? ca. 30 November 2005), also known as Svullo, was a Swedish actor and comedian. Micke Dubois was born in Stockholm. He began his career when he entered an air guitar competition, where he came third. He later started performing at various rock clubs under the artist name Captain Freak. In 1988 he got the idea for the character Svullo, a Swedish taunt name for obese people which is derived from his big body mass. He met Hans Crispin, and together they formed the duo Angne & Svullo for television.

In 1988 he got the idea for the character Svullo, a Swedish taunt name for obese people which is derived from his big body mass. He met Hans Crispin, and together they formed the duo Angne & Svullo for television. Svullo in particular was responsible for the untimely demise of several cars - in the supposed name of comedy.

During the later years he participated in TV4, for example as host for Robot Wars (2002), and as a judge in the program Sveriges v?rsta ("Sweden's worst") (2005), where he appointed the "worst Swedish husband".

He also released a number of songs, the most famous being F?r fet f?r ett fuck ("Too fat for a fuck"), which was originally supposed to be called F?r full f?r ett knull ("Too drunk for a fuck"), but with that name, it wouldn't be allowed to be played on Swedish radio ("fuck" is, to distinguish it from the English word fuck, pronounced with a Swedish u, [?], not like the English u in 'fuck' (closer to the u in 'glue'), but still refers to the English word fuck). The single is one of the most sold singles in Sweden ever.

Micke Dubois was found dead in his cellar apartment on December 2, 2005 after committing suicide by hanging. He had six children with his former wife Gitte Nilsson.
