Suffersystem

There are 2 bands with this name. 1) A German death/thrash metal band from Essen, North Rhine-Westphalia. The band started in 2000 as a one-man project and has released two demos and three full-lengths under a constant line-up of three so far. 2) A technical death metal band formed back in 1995 in Ankara / Turkey. At first it was just a side projet of Two main members Se?kin Ak?it - Guitars and Fethi Baskurt - Drums until they left their previous bands and decided to focus in Suffersystem.

The idea of these two members was trying to create the most complex songs that never done before in the genre. Quickly after Tuna Toral has join the band as vocalist and the band starts to rehersing almost everyday. Sufersystem played a few gigs in their hometown Ankara. The band never has a stable bassplayer, various members join and left the band countless times. With Caner Benli's taking off the second guitar duty songwriting style of Suffersystem shown progress immediately. Caner was the 3rd full time member of the band till breaking up. Suffersystem has never released any stuff to daylight but the band still known as one of the most respected Death Metal bands ever existed in Turkey. Suffersystem disbanded in mid 2002.
