Stonefish Brigade

Stonefish brigade started up in january 2006. The band is from the Stavanger-area in Norway. Released their first album, Lay down your arms, on the 25th of September. Their influences are the likes of Nick Cave, Jonny Cash and Leonard Cohen (and the Norwegian band Madrugada). They play country-based rock, with a deep soothing vocal by Mr. Fish, Morten Fisk? (also plays guitars) and the female voice of Silje Vige.
