Soulwire
Genre:
Electronic

Soulwire is the one-man project of Ken Hill, with a concept that aims to "to artistically interpret the life we live into shades of melancholic and introspective tones". Mixing electronic drumbeats and soundscaping with traditional instruments such as the piano and flute, Soulwire's sound is one of layers of melody. Hill cites many influences for his music, most notably the video game composer Nobuo Uetmatsu (of Final Fantasy fame), rock bands such as Muse and Nine Inch Nails, and electronic acts such as Aphex Twins.
