Schachtanlage Gegenort is the noisechild of Denise Ritter who specialises in different fields of audio/visual arts. Since 1996 she has released three records under the name Schachtanlage Gegenort, producing a realistic image of pure industrial anti-music. Using sounds recorded directly from coal and steel industries in Saarland, Germany, Ritter manages to manipulate the souls of the machines into aural madness. -Schachtanlage Gegenort has played at the Forms of Hands festival in Germany.
