Singer, songwriter, musician, Sarah Jane Wilson captivates listeners with indie-pop songs inspired by her own life, love and heartbreaks. Her passion for music and performing started at a young age, when Sarah started singing classical music in various childrens' choirs in Princeton NJ, where she grew up. In high school Sarah broke out on her own, started playing the guitar and writing songs. While attending college at the University of Vermont, Sarah recorded 4 EP's and started performing in NYC and in Burlington, VT.
Sarah has worked with producers, Brian Cassagnol (NYC), Andrew Koss (Tainted Blue Studios, NYC), and Steve Mandile (Nashville). Her song, Something About You, was chosen as a finalist in the Music City Songwriting Competition in Nashville, and her music has earned honorable mention in the NY Songcircle Songwriting Contest. Sarah's music embraces and transcends the pop music genre. Her songs are relevant and delivered with the pure voice of an acoustic singer-songwriter.
