Riff Tiffs

The Riff Tiffs was when 4 friends came together. The Quartet has been writing original music since the beginning that has been described as melodic, progressive, experimental rock. The group writes emotionally charged songs that mix relaxed, ambient sounds with fast, aggressive rock n' roll. The Riff Tiffs currently play shows around the Houston area, and has recently released their first full length LP. (Recorded at Sugar Hill studios in December '05 and released February 10, 2006).

Gaining local recognition from fans, The Riff Tiffs are always experimenting with new sounds and techniques that inspires and effects the audience in a positive way. They are consistently writing new and distinct material. They have won best Houston Underground Act for 3 years in a row, the years of 2006, 2007, and 2008.
