Ricardo Lemvo

Los Angeles-based vocalist/bandleader Ricardo Lemvo is originally from the Congo in Central Africa. His music combines the strong African musical influences of his native land with Puerto Rican- and Cuban-influenced 'salsa' sounds. He collaborates with a wealth of excellent Latin musicians who skillfully adapt Lemvo's musical themes. Lemvo is expert at singing in Spanish, and creates fresh interpretations of salsa standards. Lemvo and his troupe tour frequently in the U.S. and internationally, playing to his enthusiastic, salsa-dancing fans.
