Redstorm (vocals, guitars, bass, keyboards). 2) Rick Connor was born in Phoenix Arizona July, 02, 1960 Influenced by the awesome sounds of synthesizers used in 80's dance music, Redstorm (Rick Connor) set out to learn how to write and record music.

Influenced by the awesome sounds of synthesizers used in 80's dance music, Redstorm (Rick Connor) set out to learn how to write and record music. Early groups of interest include Kraftwerk, Depeche Mode, Soft Cell, Yellow, Patrick Cowley, Space, Parliament, and most anything electronic that has a catchy groove.

Rick started out forming a band with George Maestri in 1982 called Liquid Visual. After 5 years together creating music and preforming live shows in Phoenix they parted ways.
Rick went on as a solo artist and renamed himself Redstorm.
