Quentin was founded in 2002 in a small village near Salzgitter, Germany by Sebastian Loersch(vocals, guitar, flute, mouth organ),Lars Kraume-Fluegel (drums) and Rene Roepke (vocals, guitar), who left the band in late 2005. The current bass guitarist is Tommy Steiner who joined them in 2004. First their music was a kind of Independent-Rock influenced by Franz Ferdinand and others, their music turned more and more into BritPop.
