During the first couple of months, the guitarist recorded some riffs that later were arranged to become songs. And in September 2005, a new knight known by the name of Riad joined the band on their epic journey of eating junk food and drinking grape juice. With the lineup of Meer (vocals, bass), Yousef Khalil (guitars) and Riad (drums, piano) Plethora released a demo in 2006 entitled "Middle Eastern Cattle" comprising 11 tracks.
