Muddy Suzuki is the moniker of Damo Waters, drummer of the Electric Soft Parade. This is what his My Space ( www.myspace.com/muddysuzuki ) says: "Hello, i am a person who likes to make sounds. MUDDY SUZUKI is the name i use for my personal endeavours, but i also like to hit round things for bands such as THE ELECTRIC SOFT PARADE, THE VOLUNTARY BUTLER SCHEME, ATARAXY and LOS GRECOS. My second album MEETOO is now available at all good download stores, thanks to the guys at DRIFT RECORDS. Here are some choice quotes from reviews thus far...

My second album MEETOO is now available at all good download stores, thanks to the guys at DRIFT RECORDS. Here are some choice quotes from reviews thus far...
"Flitting between blissed-out ambience and frenetic psych pop freak-outs... the visceral clatter of ?D-Punk' sounds as riotous as a teary Television riding several Scud missiles into a cymbal factory..." - BEARDED MAGAZINE
"Andy Partridge-inflected compact prog-pop... Cardiacs-esque rollercoaster English pop being shaken vigorously, shimmering adult contemplation, glitchbeats, charging power-pop and the odd ambient soundscape... a very fine album and another testament to Drift Records as a home for artists of quality and distinction." - SWEEPING THE NATION
Meanwhile I have made a couple of other albums... UNDER THE KNIFE is my third and most recent, completed in the latter half of 2008 - a conceptual noise piece in nine movements concerning the way the subconcious mind deals with the trauma of bodily surgery. Nice. My first, DUCKEGGDAZE, is not strictly a solo album but was put together by me prior to moving to London in 2001 and contains solo tracks, collaborations and remixes assembled in what could be perceived as a stoned semi-autobiographical montage. Even Rocky had a montage. Both albums are available to purchase directly from myself, just send me a request and we'll sort it out.
I'm currently working on album number four, working title "Head In The Sand". This one shall feature real (as opposed to Roland V-) drums, real amped-up (as opposed to amp-simulated) guitars and real awful lyrics.
One day i'll do some actual live Muddy Suzuki gig..."
