To hear Milasa sing in her native Russian is to bear witness to the pathos and melancholy memories that often seem to run through the heritage of the Russian soul. Beautiful songs like Moon and Prayer could well take your heart on a journey that it might never fully recover from. Her voice is rich and deep but also in many ways fragile and tender, beautifully expressive so that although in Russian the listener is left in no doubt the depth of emotion being conveyed in her songs. Furthermore her guitar playing is of an exceptional quality in both its technical prowess and expression.

Milasa could just as easily have entered the world of classical playing and achieved much success there.
