Michal Prokop & Framus 5 is a variant name of Michal Prokop & Framus Five, which the band was forced to use from 1978 to 1989 due to prohibition of english titles in communist Czechoslovakia at that time. Because there were no longer only five members in the band lineups after the '78 reunion, the title was later also written as Michal Prokop & Framus (5) on album covers (with ampersand replaced by ?a? as czech synonym, which adds even more confusion).
