There are several artists called Mascara 1. Massive Scar Era a.k.a Mascara : Female Egyptian Metal band from Cairo. 2. Post-rock/post-grunge band from Russia. Now they're known as Miami Scissors. 3. Crossover (folkrock / blues / jazz / ...) group from Czech Republic, Brno. More informations here: www.mascaraband.cz. 4. Mascara were another studio only conceived disco pop band with the music produced in Munich, Germany and vocals laid down in New Jersey, USA. Luther Vandross shines with his impeccable singing supported by group's co-members David Lalsey and Ula Hedwig.

They had one album titled 'See You in L.A.' (1979). Produced by German disco producer Jurgen S Korduletsch and Chris Hill. The album isn't currently available available on CD, so check the vinyl stores for it.
